The Kaléïdo knitting yarn is 100% plant-based, composed of 92% bamboo for a very soft yarn and 8% linen for a sturdy project. Bamboo is soft, flexible, fluid, and has a nice drape. It is a plant native to tropical countries. Its growth is extremely rapid, sometimes reaching up to one meter per day. It is a rapidly renewable raw material. Thermoregulating, antibacterial, and soothing: it contributes to our well-being. We love its silky appearance, softness, and comfort. Linen is very strong and does not deform. It provides additional structure to the yarn. La Droguerie's linen is Franco-Belgian.
